Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 22 May 2026. Provider: SkyQon, based in Belgium.
1. Free trial
The SkyQon includes a 30-day free trial from tenant activation. No payment instrument is required to start the trial and no charge is made during it. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, monitoring is paused and no charge is made; trial data is retained for 30 days to allow a later subscription, after which it is deleted.
2. Subscriptions & renewals
Paid plans are billed annually in advance through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, exclusive of VAT/sales tax (Paddle adds applicable tax at checkout). Subscriptions renew automatically for a further annual term until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, either through the subscription-management link in your Paddle receipt/account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal; your subscription and access continue until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused part of a paid period except where clause 4 or mandatory law applies.
4. Refunds
If you are an EU/EEA consumer you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of the initial purchase; where the service has been fully performed during that period with your prior express consent that right may be lost, to the extent permitted by law. Outside any mandatory statutory right, paid annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the period has begun, save that we will consider a pro-rata or full refund at our reasonable discretion within 14 days of the initial purchase where the service has not been materially used. All refunds, where due, are issued by Paddle to the original payment method.
5. How to request
Email [email protected] with the order reference from your Paddle receipt. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and, where a refund is due, to instruct Paddle promptly; Paddle’s processing time to the original payment method then applies. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer-protection or withdrawal rights you have under applicable EU, Belgian or your local law.
